If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please inform the practice at least two hours in advance.
Failure to provide notice may result in Did Not Attend' (DNA) charge.
Please note that, on occasion, our schedule may be disrupted due to medical emergencies or unforeseen events during office hours.
